It comes with a large bottle. I used to buy its smaller bottle every time, this size is very helpful for me. It helps to get more energy levels. For my case I don’t feel so much tiredness after I started taking this when I came back from work. Each size of this pill is also easy to swallow every time.

Love this supplement! Been taking last couple months 30-60 mins before my workouts, weights and cardio! I am a 25 year old female, 5’3” 115 lbs and I take two a day, I have tried three but didn’t notice much of a difference. I have noticed that although this supplement gives me great pump on certain occasions it has made me fatigued quicker during my weight training sesh... my thought on this is I had such a great pump that I lifted to my maximum and became fatigued quicker as a result... but this has only happened on a couple occasions while using this. My veins on my arms are looking awesome lately I am really impressed, I don’t hear to many ladies out there looking to gain big veins but I find it attractive and an attribute of being physically fit! This supplement has helped me consistently bump up my weights in the gym after being stuck on a plateau for quite some time not able to lift heavier. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking to supplement their workouts with something cheap, effective and without all the garbage fillers and sugars in most workout supplements on the market today. Well they are easy to take and you get a lot of them. After reading articles describing the benefits of using these two amino acids I decided to give them a try. I cannot say that I noticed any benefit after I started taking them. I recently started taking more supplements than I used to a few that I started taking earlier seemed to have helped so perhaps this has provided some marginal benefit because I do feel about as good as I have felt for several years. So I probably will continue to take these as they are priced as good as anything else out there and they are pretty simple to swallow especially when compared to some of the other products I have tried.

I use this supplement as part of a pre-workout stack. Some believe it can help produce nitric oxide in the body. Some say they can "feel" it, and that may be true. I combine it with other amino acids and supplements. This is a great brand for value and quality. I have purchased lots of NOW brand supplements. I get the Ornithine combo for the added benefits. From my research: "There is currently one study using ornithine paired with arginine that noted improvements in lean mass and power output in weightlifters, but this is an old study that has not been replicated and its practical relevance is uncertain. Finally, the increases in growth hormone seen with ornithine are similar to those seen with arginine. In the end, ornithine looks somewhat promising for reducing ammonia concentrations in the blood and thus enhancing performance of prolonged exercise (45 minutes or more) which is in part due to it being elevated in the blood for a few hours after ingestion despite exercise."

I've been taking this combo for 33 years. Hard to find this combo with this quaility. Now products rock!!!

I started to use this product a few months ago. I believe it does help you to optimize your sleep. I am also using it because I lift weights and do Level 2 Cardio. I will continue to use this product.

二日酔いとかに期待してるんだけど、効き目がわからない。 飲む前が良いのか 飲んだ後が良いのか 両方か 良く分かりません。

注文から8日で届きました。最短配送予定日より２日早かったです。 自分はかなりの酒飲みなのですが最近は昔平気だった酒量でも翌日残ることも増えてきたところでした。 届いて早速寝る前に一粒飲みました。翌日やけに目覚めが良かったのですが…その時は気のせいかもしれないなと思いました。因みに私、胸焼け常習犯なのでビタミンCたっぷりのお酒でサプリ飲みました（中和の為） 朝と夜1錠づつ服用し2日後に気付いたのですが今までの尿の色と明らかな違い、このサプリ飲む前はかなり濃い色（オレンジ色）の小便だったのが淡い黄色に変わってました。目覚めや身体の調子もやけに良いしこれは評価できるかなと…サプリでこの即効性はすごいです。 しかしまだ飲み始めて4日目。結論だすには早いと思いますが…今のところ神サプリです。 今後、変化があればレビューの更新します。
