Spice Sorcery : The Kutchi Memon Cookbook Paperback – June 2, 2014

Quite disappointing. While the book says, "Kutchi Memon: Cookbook", most recipes seem to be from the Hyderabad region.

Spice Sorcery is a lovely recipe book on Kutchi Menon cookery. I have tried at least 10 to 12 recipes in the book and all the recipes which I have tried is a big hit with my Muslim friends. My personal favourite is Bread crumbs with Big Mutton Chops. I have cooked this recipe at least three times right from Dec 2015/Jan 2016. when I parcel it to my friends they keep asking for more and I need to prepare the following week to satisfy my friends which I enjoy. I need to try sweets like Muttanjan, Dum ki Sevi which I will try in the coming weeksI will vouch this book as people loving Nonveg will definitely love it. Recipes by Husna Rehman is definitely worth a buy.Santhosh C.J. Reddy.

Excellent cook Book. The author has listed some great recipes. The details of ingredients, instructions and methods are described in a superb manner. Also the collection of recipes are splendid. Will cook the recipes and update my comment later. But I need to say that, reading the recipes makes you feel the taste!

This lovely Book written in a very engaging way.My mother in law is a big fan of the book and has been cooking a recipe from the book everyday for the past 2 weeks.The recipes are easy to follow and the results are excellent. The Kutchi Memon cuisine is a new favourite in our household and we have this book to thank for it.

The narrative is excellent more like a story with recipes interspersed. Have made a few and all came out excellent. The keema and masoor dal biryani is the star of the book.must have in the cookbook repertoire
