Nice product. Thick mini mat offers extra support for knees, elbows etc when doing yoga or other floor exercises. Very happy.The mat is actually blue as it says, not pink like the picture.

Comfortable but average quality
Great for the knees, but don't think it will survive for more than few months. Used for couple of days and I already see wearing and tearing

So nice under my knees at the gym
I bought this to use at my interval strength training classes. We do lots of push-ups, lunges and kneeling. I have a tendency to slam my knee down during lunges when I start to fatigue. This is so thick that I don’t even feel it. No more bruised or painful knees! And it’s so small and easy to carry to each station.
