Excellent Cape!
This cape is THE most awesome cape I have ever seen. It "flies" with even the slightest bit of air/wind just walking with it on. My son LOVES it! It is not cheaply made and takes no effort at all for it to move in the wind or a light breeze. Highly satisfied and I do anticipate this getting a lot of wear! I have not experienced having to wash or spot clean it yet so I'm wondering how that will go when the time comes. Good thing there is a hand wash setting on the washing machine!

'MURICA has never been so beautiful
It looks exactly like in the picture, and was a hit for a super-hero themed party I took it to. I have a larger neck (17.5"-18"), and while it was snug on me, it was still comfortable. And as other reviews have pointed out, you can easily adjust how best to keep it around your neck. I had initially planned to use this for a single event, but it is worth keeping around... as you never know when you'll need to inject a little overt patriotism into a situation.

Proud to wear this USA cape!
I wore this to a USA Men's National Team soccer game against Mexico and got lots of comments from other fans and stadium workers. It really was an honor to wear it. Too bad we lost.

I love this cape
