Ordered this stone set specifically for the Labradorite stone. Unfortunately the Labradorite i received was basically a shiny grey stone with almost no labradorescence to it. The floral agate and banded agate are good looking stones though. Just wish the stone i actuallly wanted was good quality as well. Guess i'll keep looking. :(UPDATE: Just have to say what great customer service this seller provides. I was contacted by her quickly after posting my review. She offered me a refund and replacement on the labradorite stone that I recieved and didn't ask me to return the origanal item or update my review. She just wanted to make things right. Shows me she truly cares about her customers, which in my opion is rare these days. Will definitely shop from Mimosa again and highly recommend to others. Updated to 5 stars for the stellar customer service. Thanks again Anna

Update:I must update my original review to say this seller is fantastic with customer service. She contacted me immediately after my review to apologize for the less than perfect experience and provide a refund (and, with absolutely no request that I change my review, just wanting to make things right). Wonderful communication all around by someone who obviously genuinely cares very much. Overall I would absolutely recommend ordering from this seller. Bumping up 2 extra stars for the stellar communication and customer service.Original review:Unfortunately, my particular set was a disappointment. The labradorite I received is mostly some unrelated matrix stone with a labradorite vein, making it appear like a smooth river rock with a small section of labradorescence. The cherry blossom agate shows no "flowers" at all, it looks more like a strip of concrete encased in acrylic (to be clear, this is actual stone, I'm just using "acrylic" as a descriptive). The banded agate is a very nice piece, but not worth the price of the box on its own when the appearance of the other two stones is poor. There is also a very small bonus selenite stick (did not unwrap), but no other bonus crystal point some others have described (but those are bonus items, so I can't judge the box by the absence of them).The above critique being said, these are natural items and each one will vary widely from the next. Several other reviewers look like they received lovely stones, I just had bad luck with my particular box. Each item is heavy and polished, and the packaging was very secure and well done. The velvet holding bag is a nice touch.I will be returning mine, but as others have had such good luck I certainly can't say to not order, maybe your set will be a good one and a good value.

UPDATE: They sent me a replacement set of all three, even though I only asked If they could send a replacement floral agate. The photos of the replacement set are the ones with linoleum in the background. The laboradorite and banded agate were a little smaller and a little less colorful this time, but still very nice and within the stated range. This floral agate had the same issues with the flaws as the other stone, however as with the first set, I know that this is common with floral agates. This one did have more floral formations and is a more visually interesting and colorful stone to me, even though it actually has more flaws than the original. I still think this is the best value I have seen for stones of this nature and of this size, and as the sellers were so helpful and obliging, I am still very happy to update my review to five stars.Original review:Nicely packaged with a pretty bonus selenite. The labradorite and banded agate are absolute perfection. That being said the floral agate was the reason I ordered this, and the one I got, though very large, was in pretty rough shape. I would have been okay with rough spots given the nature of flower agate, and if just one side had been relatively smooth and pretty, I would have been happy. However there is a vein of some other substance running through it on both that is very rough and disfiguring. The smoother side has a chip in it. I would have rather had a smaller stone in better condition. If I hadn't ordered this specifically for the floral agate, I would have been satisfied, but as it is I'm a little bummed. I've heard that the seller is very amenable, so I will contact them, and update to 5 stars if they are willing to work with me. Overall this is still an excellent value, so it's hard to be too disappointed!

I wish I would have taken a picture of the packaging before I opened this up. They did a great job. It looked like you were opening a small cardboard crate from the 1930s mailed from some exotic locale. The rocks were beautiful. You're going to get alot of variation with specimens like this but overall it was similar to the picture (although whoever's hand this is is either really small or my rocks were just smaller, but not that much, there was still heft and size there). Overall if you have someone who enjoys rocks this is very giftable.

The stones look like they've been through a wringer. Bad quality and bottom of the barrel appearance. They're badly scratched and do not have a surface that has not been treated badly where ever they've been stored. The labradorite is in terrible condition.
