this is my first time trying clary sage. it has a balmy,woody scent. i like it. furthermore, it has numerous health benefits and uses. organic facts.net is an excellent source of free information on essential oils, and this website lists 18 benefits for clary sage, which is amazingly versatile. it blends well with citrus oils, with lavender, with frankincense and several other oils. i blended it with frankincense sacra,which i also purchased from aviano botanicals - for medittation and spiritual awareness. great prices. great shipping service. thank you aviano botanicals!

Says 100% pure, theraputic grade. You shoud be able to take internally (some oils of course). Im pleased with Clary Sage.
