Q: Is this product all metal or does it have rubber on the bottom?

The very bottom (not visible) is rubber so it doesn't slide around. I have this and love it. Looks nice and is very easy to keep clean, unlike the cup-type toothbrush holders.

Q: is the stainless steel actually made of it or just a stainless steel finish?

I brought the Pearl and Champagne color. Yes the top is stainless steel and the center piece and base is also a colored metal...Really cute item.

Q: Will my oral b battery toothbrush fit in this

The openings are oval, roughly 1" by 3/4". I doubt the Oral B will fit, our Sonicares don't even come close. Perhaps, the InterDesign Nogu Metal Toothbrush Holder Stand (which has three larger openings) might work...but it doesn't have very good reviews.
