Slept like a baby!
This REALLY WORKS!!!! I have been taking ambien for many months and it did wonders. I’d also been on restoril, lunesta, trazodone and an over the counter sleep aid you buy at dollar tree. When my ambien stopped working I panicked for a solution and I’m so happy I’m finally sleeping!!! Wow!! Like a baby it is so wonderful!! I love the relaxing effects of this. I take klonopin as well for anxiety and this feels very similar yet even better than my klonopin when it first kicks in. So, so very relaxing!! My mind usually races when I sleep like an engine that just never stops and this is my breaks for the engine! It is so calming and tranquil! I take it about an hour before I want to go to sleep and within 30-45 minutes I feel this wave of calm and relaxed so I put my cell phone up and do my night ritual and put on my sleep mask and after that I am off into the best peaceful sleep! I haven’t slept better and it’s the best deep sleep EVER. Even better than ambien! Also what I love is this keeps me asleep all throughout the night!! At first I was a little concerned because with the ambien I was assured it would put me out for at least 8 hours and not have to worry about frequent waking, especially in the morning hours and I am so happy to report that I have not had this problem in the least bit! I have slept well all throughout the night. The other hugest thing I loved about this is no hangover effect that I get the next day like I did with some of the other meds. I feel fresh and rejuvenated the next day and every day, it is so wonderful! I highly, highly recommend this!! I have been taking it about 3 weeks now and no problems. If this stops working like the meds did I will see if ambien or lunesta works again, it’s definitely good to have this so I always have back up in case one isn’t working but honestly with the way this has been going I don’t think I will need the other stuff, haven’t yet. The only negative I can say about this is that the pills do smell funny and I’m guessing that’s the valerian, however it’s not a problem or hard to get down. The pills aren’t huge, about average size, easy to get down. I have been taking this for many wonderful weeks now, almost a month and did receive this product at a discount in exchange for an honest and unbiased review.

I needed this Sleep aid
Nice Sleep aid! This pill worked immediately and I adore it. I eased into a more sleepy state gradually. it is completely mellow and honestly I forgot that I took it and that is how gentle it is.
