BPI SportsMen's and Women's Bcaa Recharged Endurance, Muscle, Recovery Electrolytes

Best BCAA Recharged is an interesting take on Best BCAA Recharged where the 5 grams of various oligo-peptides are paired with one gram of Peak O2, one gram of taurine, 100 mg of green tea extract, and 1.5 grams of electrolyte matrix. I really like the coconut water powder and Peak O2 in this product. I purchased the watermelon flavor of this product and found the flavor to be pretty enjoyable. It has a little bit of an artificially sweet watermelon flavor but this isn't necessarily a negative thing. I find it still very tasty especially in 24-30 oz of very cold water. In terms of effects, one shouldn't expect a ton of physical effects from an amino acid product, but I do think it helps improve my hydration status and hopefully it promotes some muscle sparing during intense fasted workouts. Overall, I find this is a fun product to use at a decent price.

Taste isn't there, 25 servings, expensive.... just wasn't worth it in my opinion. The taste was definitely more along the lines of that plastic sweet tart feeling. I used to think BPi had the best flavors, but I haven't tried a product of theirs for a little over a year now.... recipe change since then?

A very versatile product. Unlike other BCAA's it doesnt just recharge's your muscles but also really energizes your body (not like the high caffeine products do) . Will continue using this product.

Flavor is meh, but it works as it should, a little better recovery time and a little energy boost at the gym, over all decent product

The paper seal was already partially opened and the powder was inside the mail package. :(
