Rip-off
The information on this 'Kit' leads you to believe that the ProStretch comes in a large size. I looked at some of the amazon reviews for the 'non-large' size, and read that some folks didn't like it because it was too small. As I wear a size 12 shoe, I was glad when I found this one. However, it is deceptive advertising.It turns out that the ProStretch only comes in one size, and the 'Large Size' they mention in the ad is for the 'Tuli's Heavy Duty Gel Heel Cups, Large (Over 175lbs)' that sell on amazon at present for $10.72.So it's $19.98 for the Medi-Dyne ProStretch, and $10.72 for the Gel heel cups, totaling $30.70. They are charging $40.84 at the time of this post.By ordering the 'Kit', you have just lost yourself over $10, that you could have saved by ordering the items separately yourself.

I love this thing
I love this thing! I work out a lot and have plantar fasciitis and this helps with my tight calf muscles, making the heel pain much better.

A good stretch
This gives a great stretch and is large enough for my husband with size 13 shoes.It is an alright little thing (I hate when they make me type more than is necessary)

Really helped!
Really has helped my plantar faciitis. It seems to be more effective than stretching on the stairs. I keep it at work behind my desk to remind me to use it.
