Such varieties of recipes & flavors in this book. Such a huge fan of Thalia and her blog - butterandbrioche and she finally has a book! It's so aesthetically pleasing as well as her creations. I love how poetry and food blend so well together. Can't wait to devour everything from this book. Such an inspiration! It's my bible and go-to for desserts and baking.

Have waited a long time for this book! I own a bakery and love to use aromatics in our products, so excited to see lots of herbs, spices & natural essences in the recipes. Dont know which to try first!!

Beautiful photography, well laid out recipes and full of inspiring, original ideas. The flavours are so creative, as is the actual bound book and the paper it’s printed on. Can’t wait to bake from this!

This book is just spectacular.

Tenía ganas de tener el libro de Thalia Ho, después de llevar un tiempo siguiendo su trabajo en instagram. El libro en líneas generales no defrauda, tapas duras pero con textura textil, la maquetación, el papel y la prosa con la que abre cada capítulo es muy inspiradora y las fotos magníficas, aunque bienes cierto que me hubiera gustado disfrutarlas con mejor calidad ya que la fotografía de Thalia Ho es magnética y sugerente, y fue una de las razones por la que decidí adquirir el libro. Espero que con el siguiente opte por una mejor calidad en las imágenes para poder disfrutar 100% de la experiencia.
