This is my 2nd purchase and I can say it really works well. Sometimes, I even take half a tablet and it still works. Amazing product. No hangover. No weird dreams. I don’t wake up in the middle of my sleep though it differs from one person to another. This is just a personal comment based on my experience and it might or it may not work with other people.I even tried another brand but nothing can beat this brand.Highly recommended!

I too, like another reviewer going through menopause, was at the end of my rope when it came to sleeping at night, I dreaded night time because it was miserable, I'd toss and turn and it felt like my nerves were shooting little lightning bolts through my body too, I'd be hot, then cold, staring at the clock all night long knowing I had to get up and go to work the next day. I did not want to get started on a prescription drug, I always go for the natural supplement! I came across this product accidentally when I went to Whole Foods Grocery Store to look for an iron supplement because I found out that I'm also anemic, due to problems also involving menopause. While there, I overheard a conversation between two women, one of whom was also going through menopause and at her wits end because of not sleeping. She was desperately seeking help to find something that would give her relief, I listened as one of the workers went over every supplement there was available with her, then she said, but if you are desperate, take this one, and she held up the bottle of Tranquil Sleep. So after I found my iron supplement, I went over and grabbed the last bottle of Tranquil Sleep left standing on the shelf. It has been 3 nights now, the first night was better, no lightning bolts, I was very drousy but still just a little restless, the second night I slept much better, and the third night was wonderful, my body was totally relaxed, and thankfully no more lightning bolts, honestly, I can't believe I'm actually sleeping and it has only been 3 days. I will definitely stock up on this product and recommend it to everyone else who has not been sleeping well. It is chewable and tastes good too, you just chew two tablets about 30 minutes before you want to go to bed. Even if you chew it right before bed, you won't lay there very long before you start feeling like you could sleep. I am truly impressed and felt like I needed to rate this so that more people might try it. It is worth every penny to finally sleep well!UPDATE:- It has been a little over a month now since I've been taking this now and I couldn't be happier. It really relaxes me, helps me to sleep through the night without tossing and turning all night long, I am thrilled to find such a great product!

These have been an absolute godsend. I've tried tons of other herbal supplement brands to help me fall sleep and stay asleep, combined with magnesium, ashwaganda, and a sleep tea and nothing has compared to these. Issue for me is my schedule is all over the place in terms of trying to establish a set bedtime and I tend to eat late so any pill supplement or tincture has to work its way through a belly full of food. Then I started a new job and had to shift my schedule to 2 hours earlier for everything when I am otherwise not a morning person nor someone who can fall asleep by midnight much less 10pm. I'm not sure why the chewable aspect makes a difference over a capsule but 30 min after I gobble these down I am ready to fall asleep without fail and I am sleeping through the night beautifully, waking up rested. Previously I would wake up at 5am due to early sunrise, or in the middle of the night from hormone spike, full bladder, anxiety, pretty much any reason that could wake someone up that was me and then I wouldn't be able to fall back asleep. I'm going to continue to take the magnesium as I need it for muscle repair and the ashwaganda too as it helps with my hormones but I think the chewables on their own would be more than enough for most people.The others I have used that worked the best out of dozens I tried but not nearly as well as these:-Power to Sleep PM: works ok if I took them early enough, the valerian stinks and gives a lot of people gas.-Dream Release: works ok if I took them early enough though not great for full night of sleep and the tablets are large and chalky, really tough to swallow. Main benefit is this doesn't have melatonin in it which some women avoid as it can impact hormone cycles.-Genius Sleep Aid: total waste of money, don't believe the reviews (for the free bottle)

I purchased a bottle of this product on the recommendation from a friend. At first, I didn't think they worked for me, but after adjusting the way I take them, it seems to really help. I took one tablet initially, and it didn't perform as I had hoped. Maybe made me feel sleepy, but didn't help me with sleeping through the night. I took 2 tablets then, and it worked better, but seemed to make me feel a bit groggy when it was time to get up. I started taking them a little earlier and that issue got a bit better. The groggy feeling only lasts until I actually get up and shower. Once I am out of bed and moving, the feeling is completely gone. It's worth the extra effort to get myself out of bed for the better sleep I am getting. . . . and I didn't say I felt "foggy", which is how I have felt after trying some other sleep aides. Foggy to me means when my thoughts seem muddled or I am processing slower. . . this product just makes me want to continue sleeping when the alarm goes off, which is what I describe as "groggy". Maybe sleepy would be a better term than groggy. . .and after all, that's what the product is supposed to do. By the way, this product does not keep me asleep throughout the night. I still wake up, but am able to get quickly back to sleep. I have not been able to sleep for more than a couple hours at a time for years, and now I don't wake up as many times a night and I don't lie awake like before. I'm going to order another bottle!
