This book is a must for anyone who loves cookbooks. In addition to some wonderful recipes it is a pleasure to read. A real inspiration.

What a lovely book

Great cookbook. I bought a copy when it was first released and picked up this copy to give to my in-laws over a decade later because I loved it so much

I am in love with this book... The recipes, the stories, the photos... And most of all, I love how the book is laid out by cultural/geographic regions... You get a more immersive look at the food of each culture, and you can see how each dish fits into a meal... You feel you're having the same meal the author is, and not just copying her recipe... One of my favourite cookbooks of all time...

Devo dare 5 stelle perchè è un libro con bellissime foto e veste grafica ineccepibile, inoltre l'idea del libro è davvero toccante , quella di risalire le proprie origini da un punto di vista culinario. Si parte dalla Finlandia, patria della madre di Tessa per passare a Cipro (da cui proviene il padre) per toccare il sudafrica (dove Tessa ha trascorso l'infanzia)e finire in Italia dove Tessa ha la sua attuale dimora.
