Great value for a combination of Vitamin C & Zinc, which I take regulary to avoid getting ill.Vitamin C helps fight infections, heal wounds, and keep tissues healthy, and our body needs zinc for the immune system to work properly. My imune system is low and cant make lots of white cells, so Zinc helps, and Vitamin C cannot be stored in the body so is needed daily. These tablets are easier to take if only one tablet instead of two. Been taking vitamins for many years after a bad year of flu, chicken pox and catching everyting going, now I have been much better and healthier.

The tablets are moderately large but easy to swallow with a glass of water. These are two very important vitamins, C and zinc, at high strength and I take one each morning with my vitamin D to keep my immune system healthy. I would highly recommend and the product gets five stars from me.

Was very glad to see that this vitamin C comes with Zinc. Especially during this time Zinc consumption is very important to help the immune system strong. The tablets are easy to swallow, I dont taste any flavour and they didnt give me any digestive issues

These are ideal, as I don’t like taking too many tablets.
