Good quality
Received this yoga mat quickly as I expected. Quality is very good. I strongly recommend for those who likes to get a good one

Not so bad
It provides a good amount of cushion but you’ll probably slide right off the mat if you’re doing a pose that requires your continuous balance, regardless of sweaty hands. My feet don’t sweat and I was still sliding. Luckily I was prepared for this and had a yoga towel with me. Both the towel and this mat together was much cheaper than much higher quality mats. Idk if I’d invest in a top of the line mat in the future but this is working just fine for now. Just get a towel too.

Matt is not as functional as I had hoped. Expect Yoga mats to be more flexible and thinner
