Pathetic policy for replacement for damaged items.
Packaged arrived, and one of the items inside the box, arrived damaged inside the box. The hardener, which is an important item of the kit, broke open and emptied out inside the box. There is no hardener left inside the tube as it's all on the inside of the box. So without the hardener, this kit is useless. And now it states that this item cannot be returned. Please do the necessary to arrange an urgent replacement, or an immediate refund.Thanks
