I would buy it again
I’m studying Ayurveda and I was looking for a book to inspire me in the kitchen. I recently got this book and I’m finding it very useful! The red pumpkin dhal is delicious!! I like how the book is divided in everyday recipes and seasonal recipes. I would buy it again!

concis et simple.
Ce livre est bien organisé donc clair. Les recettes sont simples et en accord avec le principe d'équilibrage des doshas. J'ai apprécié la partie des recettes de bases pour toutes les saisons et les aliments à avoir dans son placard.

more than a recipe book
This book was a really good surprise. It is a great guide to ayurvedic cooking, but also to simple, seasonal every day food.I loved the fact that it is divided into 5 categories (every day recipes, spring, summer, autumn and winter) with lots of variations. The first two chapters are a really good introduction for a beginner - very different from what I could find online. There are also shopping lists for each season -which is really helpful. Many ingredients are easier to find in the US, but with all the explanations provided in the first part of the book, it is easy to find equivalents in local vegetables and food. This has become one of my cooking references.
