It works fine. Unfortunately, you have to put the whole stack together to get it to lock. If you don't mind having to always have all 3 compartments, then I recommend this. If not, go with a bento that has an elastic band instead. Also, the "secondary cover" only seems fits on the very bottom compartment.

It's pretty small which is great for portion control. I was happy it's microwave safe. Three trays for different kinds of food.I noticed a few days after delivery that the bottom box is cracked in two spots. Super bummed. I can't use anything to put in the microwave.

So functional!!! Fits amazing in a standard lunch box, easy to clean, easy to store, and I will probably buy more just to take on the go snacks!

Something I didn’t think I needed, it’s super pretty and easy to use I can carry it in a small bag

I bought this for my wife. When my wife first started using it, everything seemed fine. It was a little bit small than expected and after a couple of uses the latches doesn’t seem the be latch on so well, so you can’t really pack too much food. Perfect for portion control. The container isn’t very leak proof due to poor rubber lining, so try not to pack foods with liquid. Overall, if you use it for small snacks, it work very well. But for a lunch meal, probably not the best.
