I took a chance and I'm glad I did!!! This is a nice piece of Kit! I own two $5.00 300 lumen Ultrafires. For the price they're great little flashlights. However, I wanted a much brighter tactical light between 500 and 1,000 lumens and I wanted it for less than $20.00. I finally found it in this Amazon Prime product!I wanted something that would do the following:(1) visibly light up a pitch black room with it's ambient light(2) be able to focus a spot up to 50 yards and actually see something at night(3) momentarily limit the night vision of a suspect(4) something short enough (important!) with a small head unit to wear on my belt or chest gear without sticking out in the way(5) have an adjustable focus and not a fixed lens(6) use only one rechargeable battery (hence short) that is easily replaceable with a secondary battery(7) have a sturdy and quality looking build made of metal or lightweight aluminum(8) powder coated or an anodized finish that lasts (my $5.00 ultrafires are painted and unfortunately chip way too easily)(9) a belt clip (super important!), and...(10) a tactical head unit with sharp edged protrusions to manipulate or strike an attacker if absolutely necessaryI know, I know, it's a long wish list and almost impossible to find. Most flashlights that meet just some of the above criteria run $70.00 or more. This flashlight fulfills every single one of the ten on my wish list and does it for LESS THAN $20.00. To get the flashlight, the charger, and batteries at this price is unbeatable in my opinion. Trust me I've looked.To confirm, the flashlight does have the Cree XML T6 LED, the bronze metal reflector plate for heat dissipation, the thicker more robust lens, the orange clicky tailcap (not the bright green knockoff one), and the 5 modes.Bottom line, you have to feel the build quality and finish of this tactical light in your hand to understand how nice it is! If I'm wrong about my review of this light then leave me a comment. I'm suspect that you'll love it as well and that I won't get too many comments. I know there are other customers out there that must be looking for the same thing I was at a reasonable price with the Prime Membership return policy (other China based Sellers on Amazon don't provide the Prime return policy and convenience). So this review is to help other customers save hours of searching for the right flashlight at the right price!Note: The product description details state that it comes with 1 battery and a AAA adapter. I was looking forward to the AAA adapter, however, it came with two batteries instead just like is pictured. Two batteries are more useful then the AAA adapter, however, I will be contacting the seller about the AAA adapter. Nonetheless, worth every penny!

I got two sets of these due to the good reviews and I'm glad I did! Both sets are just fine, no problems found at all.Both changers work fine and the batteries arrived with about 3/4 charge already on them.All features and functions of both flashlights work just as advertised. They do not have "memory"... that is to say when you do a full click to turn the light off ( half-click will switch modes ) it will be on the next mode when you turn the light back on.As far as brightness, well if your new to Cree LED flashlights you will indeed be impressed with the amount of light you get here. If your a Cree LED collector these lights I think you'll find as very standard.For the price, I just don't think you can find a better deal... a bright, solid, good quality Cree flashlight, 2 batteries AND a charger at this price makes this a VERY good buy!!!

Super light, however battery charger needs improvement. They are sending me another.Puts out more light than one of those old long mag lites with 5 D batteries. Small enough for shirt pocket. Last for several hours on one charge. Coming with 2 rechargeable batteries is good. Perfect for automobiles, campers, boats,etc or to keep around for power failures.

So I'm a real person who bought this, it wasn't given to me or anything. Seems like a great value, well built and reasonably bright.However every time you turn the light off it comes to the next light setting the next time you turn it on. It has 5 light functions so every time you very a different mode. If you're ok with that then I'd recommend it otherwise I'd pass

Flashlight is powerful when working but the one of the batteries went dead after one use - won't hold a charge/nothing - have no idea why this happened but now when one dies I don't have another that is already charged and ready to go, I have to wait 5-6 hours for the battery to charge again so I just use my mag light now while this collects dust because the mag light is more reliable and has batteries I can find anywhere for a refill

This little flashlight is super bright. I like that the barrel can be easily slid forward and backward with one hand, changing the beam from a small rectangle, out to a circular spot, to a wide flood. The build quietly is good. It comes with an extra battery. Haven't used it outdoors yet but it can easily light an entire room. Also nice little belt loop hook. Thumbs up on this one.

Strong beam, clean and bright white light. Circle shape beam when focus is widespread and sharp square shape beam when it is focused more tightly. Long battery life. 2 batteries and charger included at that price it's a very great buy and packs a lot of power in a small package

Was sure about the product due to first time buyer of a T6, but really I think that altogether with batteries is a good bargain. I upgraded from regular led flashlights and this is very powerful for short ranges. My friends love it too. The zooming capability is a great extra.
