I must begin by stating that I received this product at a steeply discounted price in return for an honest review. Honest you want, honest you shall get.I love this freaking thing! My son had been bugging me to pick one up, he's an athlete and it seems he is constantly complaining about some new ache or pain. He uses this EVERY SINGLE DAY. He's 16 - and it's his favorite method for getting the kinks out after a game, a workout or just painful legs from growing in his sleep. Sometimes he screams when he uses it - that's his muscles, not the foam roller! He sits on it, lays on it. rocks back in forth with his legs on it - great for sore hammies! So I decided to try it myself - GOOD GRIEF! Where has this thing been all my life? I didn't even know my legs hurt until I used this crazy thing - it leaves me like jelly when I'm done. I like jelly. This will be used until it falls apart - and I have no clue how that could possibly happen. It is VERY sturdy, very well made - not your typical "foam" by any means. You really can't go wrong - it's a little ticklish on me at times - but that's also completely amusing!

I tend to suffer from hip pain, and my wife has a shoulder that tends to spasm. When I was offered this product in exchange for an honest and unbiased review, I figured we would give it a try. First, it is much larger than it looks which is a good thing. Very sturdily built with a hard center for strength, and a firm but cushiony outer layer of foam. (much like that used in yoga mats). To use it simply roll it back and forth with your hands over the sore muscle, or you can even place it on a table or the floor and roll back and forth on it. Of course it is also perfectly suited for help from a partner. The outer knobs have a lovely kneading effect, and go a long way to comfort sore muscles or work out moderate spasms. I would definitely recommend this to any active person or those that suffer from cramps and muscle pain.

I saw the foam roller massager by KAMMICES and wasn't sure if I could really use it as I have problems with my knee's and hips but I was kinda skeptical but intrigued by the description of areas you could use the roller to relieve sore muscles for and I received it in exchange for my honest review at a discounted price. I was unsure of the exact way to use it as there were no instructions included in the box but I Google it and after watching the video I tried the roller out for myself and it did help but since I have problems with my hip and knees it was difficult to fully enjoy the complete use intended but I do use the roller every chance I get but getting up and down on the floor to use it kinda defeats the purpose, I highly recommend it for anybody needing help to relieve sore muscles but anyone that has problems with their hips, back etc... just use with caution as you can't roll fast with it to increase better results
