this product is the best thing for anyone who has difficulties with digestion.I have many allergies and seek holistic ways of doing things and bought this due to the pure ingredients and i must say if is very effective in alleviating gas,and aids digestion as the flour is whole grain...these fishes swim upstream...;0)
