Kuber Industries Embroided Velvet Mobile Cover with Sari Hook, Multi-Color, Standard (Bg75)

I had previously ordered a phone pouch with a beautifully embroidered flower. It gave way after a year or so of hard use, so I re-ordered it. To my surprise, the pouch that I received was embroidered with pink elephants! In my youth, pink elephants were considered to be hallucinations arising from too much alcohol consumption! I was desperate for a pouch so I kept it, but...The pouch is larger than my previous one. That is a good thing because my present phone is bigger and larger and there seems to be ample room for the phone, and space in the pouch for an identity card etc. My previous quibble with the neck strap remains the same. The elastic stretches quickly from the weight of the phone and it is impossible to keep the pouch at the height one wants. A tape or cotton/synthetic cord adjustable strap would be preferable. Kuber Industries, are you listening?

Ordered for a product of higher price but delivered this inferior low priced product.Is there not any checking officers for this kind of transactions or wantedly done by the concerned staff. Highly disappointed!.

Totally the product is excellent. Design, material, jip, size , shoulder strap all are very nice and the price is very less. I have recommended my friends. Delivery also before the date.
