Okay so day one I have taken one . Doesn’t taste to bad smells a bit but not enough for me to not take it . I’m going to begin by taking one a day for a week to see how I feel and I’ll come back and report haha ! I’ll try to do a few updates for a month or so to give an accurate and helpful review ! 4 days in , I do feel more steady energy through the day! I also feel like it is helping with my anxiety and stress.. been getting good quality of sleep and not waking up nearly as tired as before I began taking them .. so far I’m liking them and feeling like it’s been a good purchase . As of now I can see me repurchasing .

I just started taking these. I will say they do smell, and the first day taking them I was a little bloated and burpy. the burps did smell like the capsules. Day two of taking them my pee is green. But no more burping or bloating! I have been taking them with food! I’m hoping this is just the first day kinks but overall I do like them! Update: I just purchased my second bottle of these! I honestly have no complaints! All positives for me!

I like these vitamins. My energy levels have increased. I think that it is worth the money. They are not so big you have trouble swallowing. That’s a huge plus for me.

So far, so good. Buuuuut I thought I was tripping, I have only been using these 5 days as directed and though I haven't had any tummy issues or anything, I've had yellow highlighter looking pee. LOL It's so bizarre. I googled so quick what the heck that could mean and it turns out, nothing harmful, but an overload of vitamin B. If I am to continue taking these, I have to get used to radioactive looking pee. Hmm. I only got a month supply and if the benefits outweigh this unpleasant side effect, I might continue to use it. But just a warning about that! UPDATE: I had to change this to 1 star, sadly. So week 1 (I didn't turn into a ninja turtle with that crazy pee), but I had only taken it for 5 days at that point. Fast forward to week 2 and man! I began having a headache every day and feeling sick. It was the only thing I had recently added to my diet so I knew it had to be these pills. I immediately stopped taking them and all the headaches and sickness stopped. Anybody want the rest of this bottle? sheesh. It's crazy because I take the women's probiotics with no issues (I think) so I was surprised this happened.

Really great vitamins, but this one gives me a migraine, every time I take it.

I think the quantity is to less for the price. Have to take to many.
