This beautiful magical thermos is a blessing! The tea strainer at the top (removable) is an awesome feature, and the insulation is astounding. The first time I used it, I made tea at 6am, but didn't get to drink any of it until 11am because I was very busy at work. I opened the top, expecting the tea to be cold or lukewarm at best, and I burned my tongue. Obviously not exactly a plus for first time use, but I was shocked that the tea stayed piping hot that entire time.It's not huge, so if you tend to drink a lot in one go, you may want to consider a larger thermos. Other than that, it's fantastic. I normally don't rave about purchase, but I've been telling everyone (friends, family, coworkers) about it and encouraging them to get one.

I've been wanting to purchase a travel mug for my tea for a very long time. When the ZIPGO thermos arrived, I immediately started using it. It does keep drinks very hot for a long time, and it's a lovely color. Unfortunately, it leaks! In the car, when the cap is screwed on securely, tea drips out of the top at the slightest tip or sudden movement. A few days ago, it was full of hot tea, and when I turned it sideways it splashed onto the floor. Additionally, it leaks from the bottom.I don't recommend it.

You can not pour anything out of it without it spilling. Every time.

I am very stinggy with five (5) stars and a product has to BLOW MY MIND to earn it and this one DID.In addition to the detail below and the video, I took this thermos on a 3 day test. We had a 3 day event for which I would prepare my coffee at 5am and drink it throughout the entire morning into the afternoon. So it got plenty of testing back to back to back and outperformed my expectations in multiple ways.PROS✅ Insanely tight insulation/ suction close. The cap requires very little twisting to create a tight close to the bottle. More times than I can count, I over tightened the bottle without realizing it and caught myself having to get someone to help me open it because the seal it creates to maintain the temp of your drink is ridiculously strong!✅ Held my coffee (fresh french-pressed, at 153 degrees) hot got 10hrs! After 10hrs, it was still above 100 degrees. Don't believe me? Watch the video for proof.✅ Unique smooth texture on the outside allowed for insulation from the heat of my coffee. I never felt the temp of my drink through the thermos.✅ Love the little strainer basket it comes with however I have used it very little since I drink coffee more than tea.✅ Sleek and tall shape. I received multiple compliments on my thermos for the look of it. Not bulky at all!✅ I was thoroughly pleased that it fit in my lunchbox.CONS❌ I generally try very hard to find at least one (1) CON to share but truly I couldn't.ENHANCEMENT RECOMMENDATION🔷 what I would recommend is making the top and the seal/ plug separate like a true thermos. This would allow for the lid to be used as a cup and therefore, the drink could be shared. 😉.Overall assessment: I'm beyond impressed with this ZipGo thermos! I even have already recommended it to friends who have asked where I got it, if it is good, if it holds hot drinks for a long period, etc. In full disclosure, I was contacted to perform an honest assessment, as I have. What a cool bottle! Just starting to really put it through its paces and test it out, but so far it has worked wonderfully for everything that I need it for. It's seen coffee, tea, fruit water, and it has made drinking them very convenient.Maintaining liquid temperature:I've put in boiling hot, 210F water and the bottle has kept it very hot all day long. In fact, just burnt my tongue testing this out, which was a terrible mistake. However, it's great for when I need coffee or tea later in the day but won't have time to make it.Inner tea/fruit basket:Such an awesome idea! I drink bagged tea most of the time for the convenience, but also have some loose-leaf laying around and this does well for either one. For bagged, I just throw it in the basket and pour the water over, tighten the lid, and leave it upside down. The tea steeps without spilling a drop and after the 3-5 minutes of steeping, I can open it up and the bag is right on top! Using that method has some mixed results for loose-leaf since the bits get on the lid and don't stay in the basket when tipping it upside down. My solution has been to empty the basket into the trash, shake the bottle around without the basket in, and then put the basket back on. This serves to filter it so that any leaves that end up in the bottle don't end up in my mouth. A few leaves get oversteeped, but it's hardly noticeable in the taste and it's super convenient. Fruit is obviously super simple and I've used lemon (with tea), raspberries, and strawberries and everything has been great so far.Not burning my hand:A+ for this category, since I can barely tell whether the inner liquid is supposed to be hot or cold when I just feel the outside of the bottle. There is a tiny bit of heat flow around the cap, but it's just barely above room temperature. The only complaint that I have in this category is that the rim that you drink from is metal and gets a bit warm over time. It's not unbearably hot, but it's hotter than a plastic spout would be. Obviously not a problem if you're using it more like a canteen and pouring the liquid into a cup.Design/Feel:The color is a seafoam blue/green with a matte, egg shell finish. The texture makes it really easy to grip and hang onto, since it's not a slippery glossy finish.I received this product for a discount in expectation of my honest and unbiased review.

My boyfriend loves his mug that I gave him as a gift. Thank you for making such an elegant mug that is not only easy to carry in hand, cup holders but for the awesome quality in regards to keeping drinks warm and cold drinks cold.Fantastic all around !!!
