If you're a health food lover and you haven't been using bee pollen in your smoothies or on your granola, you are missing out on something wonderful. Bee pollen is absolutely packed with nutrients and enzymes that help you digest your food better. For people with certain barriers to weight loss, the hormonal balancing that regular consumption of bee pollen provides can help you lose stubborn weight. I urge you to do your research and see if it interests you, but if it does (or if you already know about this amazing superfood) then Kangaroo is a great place to start. First they're certified organic. Since that involve proving that the land that every plant the bees land on was grown on has been free of pesticides/insecticides and all other toxic chemicals for a certain period of time, this is a rigorous process to go through, and few sources bother. Here are some other good things about it.Pros:-This pollen is from Greece, not China (where most of it comes from). That means much less of a chance of industrial pollution on the plants the bees collect the pollen from.-This pollen is fresh! You can tell, because the granules are soft and slightly moist, and dissolve on the tongue. If your bee pollen is crunchy, it's been either deliberately dried or it old and stale from lost moisture.-Make sure to keep it refrigerated after opening! It's very important, as this is a raw food, and the warning is very small on the bottle.Cons:-It's very expensive for bee pollen. HOWEVER, it is a very high quality.Overall, if you're willing to pay more for quality, I highly recommend this bee pollen.I was fortunate enough to buy this at a discount and I would buy it again at full price. I started taking this and increasing the dose as it says I mix with water and I must say its pretty good so far no side effects or bad after taste I highly recommend this matter of fact I already have
