You can drive forever between fill-ups!
Installed this in an LMM (6.5’ bed) with a gooseneck hitch (173,000 miles). Installation was in my driveway with truck in jack stands. Fit was spot on. I utilized my pickup assembly and sender unit from my old tank. The titan tank I received has the factory set-up for the original locking ring (pretty cool). After installing, filled with 12 gallons of diesel and low fuel light was still illuminated. Went to station to finish filling tank, added another 40 gallons. No leaks, drove the truck for 3 days and gauge never dropped below full. Took a weekend trip to our 5th wheel. Gauge ended up showing right below a half a tank and added 23 gallons to refill. You can drive forever with this unit. I added a Kennedy lift pump and am very satisfied with this setup.

If you tow a trailer, take long trips, or just wanna cut your fuel stops by half, this Titan tank is for you. It's a simple 3 hour project to change out and install and the fit is flawless. I will not own another pickup without one.

The material the tank is made of is awesome (go find their drop test video
It does the job. Installed on a 2005 GMC, 2500HD, Crew Cap, Standard (6') box truck. I don't want to give it 3 stars because that seems a bit low. The material the tank is made of is awesome (go find their drop test video!!!) , and their customer support is spot on. I didn't give this a 5 star review for a few reasons.- I'm not impressed with the mounting bracket for the tank. It's made from aluminum and DOES NOT bend. When I hung my tank, I had a tough time getting their tank support to attach and line up with the factory mounts. Also one of the rivets was pressed hard against the tank so I installed an anti chafe pad ... because I'm paranoid.- The tank sat just a LITTLE bit crooked in the truck. It sat low on the drivers side no matter how many times I loosened and attempted to adjust the tank. While I wasn't a fan of this, I was installing a draw straw (look up FASS Fuel Filter systems) for an external filter, and it happened that I could install the draw straw on the left side of the tank allowing me to suck every last oz. of fuel out of the tank if needed.- I was A LOT surprised at how much lower the tank was below the frame rail. These trucks are low enough from the factory. This tank doesn't sit any lower than the bracket/cross member for the torsion bars, but it's also not tucked up inside the frame like the factory tanks are. Just wasn't expecting it. Wish they had made it closer to the factory style, but I'm sure it would cause issues with making the tank as big as it is.- The tank fills slower than the factory tank also. The front and rear sections of the tank have a small 1/4 or 5/16" vent that you have to run up from under the cab/bed (no dips/pea traps, and not kinked in any way) up to the fill or above the fill level, and they just don't bleed off air fast enough. It's the difference between filling at full speed, and the slowest setting you can set the trigger at when using a standard pump. I PROMISE you, all of my vent lines are run correctly, it just fills slow. What I do like.- You can drive FOREVER on this tank. Since I've installed this, I've run from Seattle to Missoula on a single tank and didn't worry. When I hook up my trailer, I'm come in around 20,000 - 21,000 lbs and I can get to ANYWHERE in the state on one tank. Compare this to the standard 26 gallon tank, and it's AWESOME. Just remember to not drink too much water/coffee before you leave or you almost defeat the purpose. This tank will outlast your bladder 2 or 3 times.

I love 52 gallons of Diesel
I bought my truck used and I assumed that it had a small tank when in fact it had a larger tank which I never knew how large it was with that being said the previous owner patched the tank after he high centered it , his patch job gave up on me 1yr later so I bought the new tank which turned out to be the same . Bottom line. I love it . A real skid plate would be nice. And the tank doesn't sit that low although I'm not off roading my truck ... [email protected]

Received the tank in good time from amazon
Received the tank in good time from amazon, but one nylon lock nut was missing for sending unit, and e-mail to company for a replacement went un-answered, so I had to find one on my own which was somewhat difficult since they are low-profile. Not the easiest install, as tolerances are very tight since this tank makes every cubic inch available for fuel storage under the left side of the bed, meaning there is about an inch between the tank ard driveshaft, and less than that on the left frame rail. Starting the two bolts holding the tank with the straps, and re-attaching the fill hose was very difficult since the tolerances were so tight , but I was doing it while laying on my back in the driveway. Once installed, very pleased with the ability to double the fuel capacity, and the tank does appear to be heavy duty and does not leak. Filled from empty with 51 gallons with no problems or difficulty. Overall pleased with the product now that it is in.
