Negative Kenwood Service. Positive Enrock Service.
Unit was returned for exchange because the CD would not function. Kenwood wanted to repair and send it back to me after 3-4 weeks. I said no way. Enrock volunteered on the front end to send me a new unit. Enrock rocks, no pun intended. Kenwood also needs to provide a wiring diagram for boats rather than a vehicle since this stereo is marketed for boats.Thanks Enrock for the great service after the sale.
