I love Palo Santo sticks - using them to clear negativity (as Smudge) and for their uplifting scent. A deep resinous perfume that's purifying and relaxing. I have been using Palo Santo for years and find it comforting and heady.The wonderful thing about Palo Santo is that the sticks are only formed once the tree has died, when the resin is embedded in the wood after about 10 years of lying in the forests of Peru and Chile - which means that no trees are harmed in the process but, fortunately, a lot of good comes out of the fact that the tree is so useful after it has passed.I burn a charcoal disc in a soapstone dish (both available from Amazon) and place the stick on top of the disc, where is slowly burns, releasing it's wonderful aroma. Ah, bliss!

Always prefer Palo Santo to sandalwood in Asia.

My first time in using the wood version of Palo Santo. Very happy with the subtle smell. It does not burn like a wild fire either 😂 a stick can be burnt a few times. Happy with it.

It's a shame that these sticks do not smell or burn like Palo Santo. The packaging and brand ethos, with the promise of planting more trees with every purchase sucked me in. Sadly the product does not
