Do these sticks burn longer than incense sticks?

If you were referring to white sage incense sticks - Palo Santo stick burns similarly to a sage stick. They do not burn as long as some traditional incense sticks do (which can burn for up to one hour, depending on the type).

Where are these made?

According to the vendor, they’re not “made” but picked from the ground. Do these sticks have resin and isn’t resin dangerous?

They appear to have some sort of shine to them, im not expert. I will Tell you they don’t stay lit very well. I’ve ordered another brand which came in and looks like more organic. Not lacquer, resin or sheen on it.

Great value for money, one of the cheapest on Amazon for the amount you get. Very nice scent and burns for a while. Decently sized too. Use to cleanse the house.

Great for clearing negativity, soothing and comforting.

I love Palo Santo sticks - using them to clear negativity (as Smudge) and for their uplifting scent. A deep resinous perfume that's purifying and relaxing. I have been using Palo Santo for years and find it comforting and heady.The wonderful thing about Palo Santo is that the sticks are only formed once the tree has died, when the resin is embedded in the wood after about 10 years of lying in the forests of Peru and Chile - which means that no trees are harmed in the process but, fortunately, a lot of good comes out of the fact that the tree is so useful after it has passed.I burn a charcoal disc in a soapstone dish (both available from Amazon) and place the stick on top of the disc, where is slowly burns, releasing it's wonderful aroma. Ah, bliss!

Such a shame as these smell great but they don’t stay alight for the suggested 30 seconds and therefore only smoke for a few seconds too. I got in touch, was emailed a how to guide yet despite following instructions I still can’t get them to function as they should sadly. So a waste of money for me I’m afraid.
