Complete Crap
The USB ports are unreliable, and the network adapters constantly need to be reset as I keep losing internet connection. My other older laptops and internet equipment do not lose connection. This is complete crap and I'd return if I could. I used to love HP products.....I feel like I wasted a lot of money, While I am typing this review I just got another USB Device Not Recognized message....I hate this thing.

Wifi not work
Don’t Buy…. The network adapter disappeared so you cannot connect to Wifi.. no way to fix it.. useless notebook with such expensive price…I bought it for my son to use for school, but useless without network connection. So wanna cry because it’s so expensive.View others comments also before you buy, same issue happens to others.

So far I love my new computer. It is very fast and responsive. I run a business on it so I’m really enjoying how fast it is and using the touch screen.
