An absolute needed upgrade for the Bolt

Way more comfortable for longer rides than the stock Bolt seat. It is noticeably thicker so you will sit up higher. The post holding the seat on needs to be bent back an 1/8 inch before install. Other than that, it's a fantastic product

Very very comfortable
I bought this seat for my Yamaha bolt R-Spec 2020 without any doubt way better seat than the stock one . However the screw hole on the seat need little adjustment as it doesn’t mach the hole on the bike . But I managed the installation and I highly recommend this seat

Not good for big guys unless maybe if you're short.
The ridge on the back is very uncomfortable and changes your seating position by pushing you forward. In hindsight, would like it to have the shape of the stock seat but the size of this mustang solo seat. I bought this because I am a big effin dude at 260 pounds and could use some extra cushion. It's still a very high quality piece and maybe for a short guy who would like to be closer to the bars, it would work. Oh and it raises you a good 1 inch which is nice on the hips. I ended up getting forward controls so the extra height isn't as beneficial to me as before. Planning to sell it and try the Corbin solo seat on my 16 r-spec bolt.

Ruined my OEM seat threads!!!
Love the seat. Love the company. Super comfy. BUT the installation is impossible. They put the seat bolt piece in the wrong position. Literally have to bend and scratch up a brand new tab on the seat to get the angle correct. THEN once I got the angle correct to screw the bolt in to the nut, guess what? STRIPPED THE OEM NUT THREAD ON MY BRAND NEW BIKE!!!!!! Now I can’t even secure the seat!! I can’t even secure the OEM seat!!! Literally can’t enjoy the seat, can’t ride safely without potentially sliding off the bike with the seat. HORRIBLE QUALITY CONTROL to let these tabs be positioned wrong and cause all these issues!!!! I’ve read they had a bad batch of seats with no telling if you have a bad one or not without attempting the installation, and once you do install, or attempt install, or scratch it at all, they’ll charge you for the seat after you send it back anyway. Absolute no winning here. Extremely disappointed.

Mejor que el asiento original
2016 Yamaha Bolt Después de leer las opiniones me di cuenta de que era una buena opción. De la misma manera pude comprobar que tiene un problema de ajuste en el punto de sujeción del tornillo. Tuve que modificar un poco el sujetador de la salpicadera para poder dar más espacio y poder atornillarlo, requiere paciencia e ingenio hacer la modificación pero no es imposible. Si intentas colocar el tornillo a la fuerza seguro se va a dañar la rosca como han comentado algunos.
