I ended up being out of town for the summer and forgot to send it back. When I returned, I contacted support again to explain the situation, and they offered to send me the replacement—and I received it within two days. Really thoughtful and greatly appreciated that they looked out for their customer. Overall, this has been a solid investment—not just for the hardware, but also for the customer support experience. Bought this monitor exactly a year ago (Jan 24, 2025) and it's fared pretty well in terms of brightness and DisplayPort functionality (over USB-C). It's easy Plug n' Play. It's fairly portable, aside from technically needing two cables if you want max brightness (one cable for USB/DP/HDMI, and another USB-C into a wall outlet. Unfortunately, it isn't very color accurate in my opinion. I do digital art (pixel art) as a hobby, and I enjoy watching movies and regular youtube videos like most people. The color on this display just doesn't cut it compared to my laptop's native display. The wierd button/dial combo on the side has become a pain to use, because the button now feels broken, and the dial/lever is very unresponsive. Trying to turn up the brightness is difficult, because the dial/lever somehow interprets upward movement as being downward movement most of the time. This display works properly with my PS5, my windows laptop, and technically also my phone (you just need an external power source like I mentioned earlier.

The monitor looks fantastic. It's bright, the colors are beautiful, and everything looks really sharp. It's easy to use since it can run off of USB-C. The audio is actually pretty good compared to other portable monitors (comparing it to a 14 inch one), though its not something I would use as my main audio driver. The stand is OK, I don't have any complaints about it. The Vesa holes are nice, though I wish they had 4 of them instead of 2. Its definitely a good second monitor to have, especially if you're on the move a lot and want to play games with a higher refresh rate than what your laptop can offer. The customer support was absolutely fantastic. I had a bit of an issue with the screen after the return date had already passed. I contacted customer service at night and they replied in less than an hour. They were able to work with me and offered me a completely new monitor. Honestly some of the best customer support I have ever experienced.

I purchased this monitor as a second screen to use when traveling and working remotely. It's a beautiful thing when you can plug in a (USB-C) cable to your laptop and it just works, right out of the box. The display is bright and crisp, colors are vibrant. It's an easy way to extend your work screen and reduce your eyestrain. The monitor is light weight (1.7 lbs) and thin - perfect for travel. Recently, I was pleasantly surprised by my experience with Uperfect customer service. While working remotely on a recent trip, I connected the monitor to my laptop and it wouldn't display properly. I was only seeing a "no signal." I tried everything I could think of while away (or so I thought.) I wrote to customer service and explained my issue. Sophia replied within a few hours and gave me some suggestions to try. She offered to replace it if the problem could be confirmed. When I returned home, I followed Sophia's suggestions and realized that I was using the wrong cable from my laptop bag! The monitor works just fine. This is a fantastic monitor with great quality screen, size, and connectivity that is incredibly versatile: image, sound, ports, and build quality. It also looks great on a desk as well as for portable use. The item is quite thin, works with MacOS and my gaming consoles, and is simple to plug and play. While I ended up having a small issue with the monitor, I reached out to Uperfect and was greeted with Sophia from the after-sales team who was very understanding, helpful, and offered to replace the monitor so that I could continue working without interruption.
