Lathyrus latifolius 'Red Pearl' Seeds. Perennial Sweet Peas are vigorous plants with strong stems, evergreen foliage and plenty of beautiful flowers. Red Pearl has blooms in the deepest shades of pink to magenta. Buds are pale green-yellow opening to bright pink. Flowers are very similar to annual Sweet Peas however these evergreen Sweet Peas have no scent. They are brilliant plants for beginners because they are very easy to grow and super productive giving you an excellent show in the garden and masses of flowers for picking. What's more they are perennial. Cut the evergreen foliage back after flowering (either in autumn or spring) and they'll regrow to flower again next year. Also known as Everlasting Sweet Peas. Awarded the prestigious Award of Garden Merit by the RHS.
