I have never bought or used a product like this before
I bought the rechargeable/corded because a friend has a battery operated model that slows down quite a bit....and who wants to keep buying batteries? After reading reviews of other brands I chose this brand...I have never bought or used a product like this before. I was fairly happy with it upon its initial usage but had a few questions. When I contacted the manufacturer I was pleasantly surprised that they were AWESOME about their customer service. Everything was handled quick and efficiently and I could tell they wanted me to be happy with their products. This is hard to come by nowadays. Who has time to go to the salon?! This is so much easier!
Received this product early and in great condition! I tried it right away and I'm pretty impressed. It's not as easy as getting a pedicure at the salon, but with 3 kids and a full time job, who has time for that! I timed myself and it took approximately 10 minutes per foot to get most of the dry skin off. The motor will stop if you push too hard as well as running the rechargeable battery down quicker. You actually don't need a too much pressure for it to work, just move it back and forth like you would a sander. It's easy to hold and easy to change the pads when they run down. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone looking for something to keep their feet sandal ready without spending a ton of money for pedicures!

BUYER BEWARE!!
I bought a total of 3 of these. The first one I bought worked for 1 year then totally stopped. The other 2 I bought 2 weeks before my first one stopped. My second one worked 1 time, then stopped, totally. The third one was a gift for my sister, it stopped after 2 uses. I DEFINITELY do NOT recommend ANYONE buy this product unless you want to throw money away.

Very Please with my PumPedi
Very pleased with my purchase of the PumPedi. I originally ordered a different one through their website (PedEgg), but my order got cancelled twice. I was looking at others here on Amazon and decided to try PumPedi. And,let me tell you, the other company who cancelled my order, TOO BAD, because I'm really happy with this one and would recommend it to other women as well.

I purchased this for a gift for a friend and the it charged and it seemed like it was going to work great but after using just once, cleaning it and recharging it it completely stopped. So I purchase a second one thinking that the first one was just 1 bad item but the second one I received wouldn't even charge. Needless to say I'll be looking for a different product to purchase.

it worked great while it actually worked though
stopped working after a year, won't hold a charge, and doesn't work when plugged in. sent 2 requests so far for help with the "lifetime warranty" and have yet to hear back from anyone. it worked great while it actually worked though.

Love my little machine
Love my little machine. I have a callus below my little toe on the outside of both feet. They hurt! My PumPedi files them down so easily. This relieves the pressure and the pain. Great service too, I lost my power cord and they sent me a new one.

Great purchase - really works!
I love this thing. It works wonders on my heels (which are disgusting) but be careful using it on spots on toes where there is healthy skin close by - if it gets pushed too hard on the healthy skin it can hurt. Just slow and steady and works great - It's basically a sander and, like a sander, you don't push too hard or it'll stop. Great purchase if I say so myself!
