not sure if it works of not. However the main ingridient( Garcinia cambogia) can interfere hormones and cause break outs and irregular periods for women. I personally experienced major break outs and google searched the side effects of garcinia cambogia and I believe this product triggered the problem.

I'm liking this product! I've been taking it for almost one month now and I usually have dinner late at night. I'll take this supplement 20-30 mins before my meal. I don't take them for my breakfast. I sometimes take it before lunch, depending on what I'm eating for lunch. For dinner I usually have tons of meat, rice, pasta, sometimes BBQ... I have not gain any weight or "fat" that I've notice of. I'll keep taking them and see how it goes.

以前飲み続けていた時は、お守り的な感じで効果がわかり辛く、1年ほどで飲むのをやめました。今、服用しているときより３～５キロほど体重が増えてしまい、また飲み始めました。届いて今日1日目・・・・いつもより明らかにむくまないと思いました。（むくみやすいので、全くむくない訳ではないです）むくみが続く事で太ると思うので（私の場合です）やはり効果はあるのではと思います。なので、以前も効果があったのだと思います。
