PowerEdge R730xd and Tesla K80
Cable works perfectly. Before purchasing I read the reviews about cable direction and had no issues getting the cable to work. At first Unraid wouldn’t see the K80 but looked and the syslog and it was because you have to downgrade the NVIDIA drivers to 470.x.x

Does the Job.
Installed this in my R730XD to power a P100 card. Important to not that mine did not come with a tag or stripe on the end, and I had to research which end was which. It is possible to reverse the cable, which would send 12v to ground and short the 12v rail. This could potentially damage equipment. This design flaw is not the fault of the manufacturer, but they could have mitigated the risk by labeling the ends with a sticker, similar to how Dell labels it's stock cables, and possibly including an info card in the box, rather than a lens cleaning cloth.

Not wired properly for the PowerEdge R730
On the R730's PCIE riser power port, one of the supposed ground pins is actually a sense pin. The sense pin will show 3.3V to ground if you put a meter on it. A proper dell cable has this sense pin looping back to one of the other pins. Without this loop, (in linux) dmesg (log) will state "GPU does not have the necessary power cables connected". nvidia-smi will not find the GPU. I rewired one of these cables to have the loop-back, and now the Tesla P40 is fully functional. See the attached photos. Also beware the non-reversible issue discussed in other reviews.

Prompt export delivery, excellent quality cable
I couldnt find these cables in amazon uk, but they was available via amazon.com in the US. As I really wanted well fabricated cables for the amount of wattage / amps drawn from the main board and riser, I was happy I could purchase these and have to wait a while for them to arrive.I was amazed at how quickly these cables arrived, less than a week, from US to UK and they was of excellent quality. As I know other people will be building GPU Servers using NVIDIA cards, it makes me wonder why these excellent cables aren't for sale via the UK site, but that said, its worth a little wait to get these great cables from the US and know my GPU/Motherboard will not be damaged by poorly made cables.

Worked. Double check cable direction
Worked in my R730xd with a tesla p40. Since both ends use the same connector keying, but have different pin-outs, make sure you double check the direction of the cable (which end connects to card vs riser)! If it's backwards, the system will refuse to boot, and both power supplies will flash orange.

Correct cable for K80/R730 plugged in the right way.
I originally gave this 1 star -- because I had the cable plugged in backwards. The internet will make you think the Dell riser port is EPS-12V. It is not! It is a PCI-e power layout, but it's keyed the same as EPS-12V.Plug the end with 3 yellow wires into the Dell riser. The end with 4 yellow wires goes into your GPU.

2/3 didn't work. Wasted a ton of time.
I ordered from the seller because it could be delivered fast. This was an absolute waste of time. 2 out of 3 cables didn't work. The cables look sturdy, however they are non functional.I got another set from eBay, it took a while but eventually they arrived and they worked. I cannot recommend this seller. It has serious quality control issues.

Faulty
I ordered two cables, one of them was faulty. Using a multimeter, it seems that one cable had the wires and pins entirely scrambled up. I'm lucky none of my components are damaged. Do not buy from here, inconsistent quality.
