This bed was delivered yesterday and it was vacuum packed for transportation. However in the last 24 hours it has regained no shape and the foam is still flat. The padding is limp and doesn't support the sides or back, the memory foam padding looks nothing like the pictures. Will wait a few more days and update if it fills outs but first impressions are very disappointing.

This bed is amazing! Size is huge and it can easily accommodate a dog or like in my case a cat and her 4 kittens.It’s very soft on the inside with warm soft fluffy material and the outside layer is brown leather that doesn’t have a bad smell. It’s got raised sides but not too high and can keep kittens safe. It’s very reasonably priced compared to others on the market.

Received item today. Foam mattress completely flat and thin unlike the picture. It came in a vacuumed bag so wondering if that is the reason. The sides do not stand up and are also completely flat. giving it a day put aside to see if it inflates as described. So far it’s a terrible product, will wait and update if it gets better as per the pictures.

Perfect in every way. The padding is thick enough, and our dog took to it immediately. It's quite soft to the tocub as well, and the washable cover helps.

Got this for my Golden Retriever.... he loved the bed... soft and good quality.Worth the money!

The bed was large enough for my Saluki and is also easy to wipe off any liquids as it doesn't seep through quickly.
