I must say that every eye cream, serum, and gel - I have tried. From ones that have received beauty winners in the expensive to the drugstore range, they have drained my pocketbook without draining this fluid collected under my eyes. However, this eye serum had an impressive list of ingredients and a price that wouldn't set me back, especially being a one ounce container when 99% of eye skin care products, are just .05 ounce. The product goes one silky smooth and dries to a nice semi-tight, matte canvas that makes for a wonderful concealer primer. It is not really an "instant fix" product like Sudden Change, for there are nutrients, fatty acids and peptides that will have anti-aging results such as diminished crow's feet and reduced puffiness (yay!) if a commitment of day and night usage for a few weeks can be invested. Furthermore, the product has made my dark circles less noticeable. Finally; I have very sensitive eyes that have sadly left me no alternative but to dispose of some very high-end skin care products. This eye serum did not make my eyes water or feel irritated one bit. In fact, they felt soothed. I am very pleased and highly recommend Awake Maximum Caffeine Eye Serum.

I got pretty excited when I read reviews for this product. You see... I've been looking for something to ease under-eye puffiness for a couple of years now. I've spent quite a bit of money on products that didn't do squat. I was hoping I finally found my answer. Not quite... I've used Awake on my puffy eye for several weeks. (Yeah, just one eye gets puffy. What do you think about that?) It seems to bring down the morning puffiness a little - and the puffiness seems to go down more than before during the day. But do I still have one freaky puffy eye? Unfortunately, yeah.

Update June 22,2012: I just made this a five star product. This product has significantly change my under eye area. I look wide awake and refreshed every day. I'm still on my first bottle because I only use a little bit, but that's all you need. I will definitely repurchase!I have dark circles and undereye bags. I have tried numerous products to get rid of the eye bags but nothing has worked. I bought this and I received it days later. I put it on at night and in the morning before my makeup but I do let it sink it for a few minutes. I do feel a tightening effect. It really has decreased my eye bags thus making my dark circles less noticeable. I love this product and will never leave the house without it. The reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because if I don't put it on I have bags. So it is a temporary fix. But at this point I'll take it.

I was a little afraid to buy this product because it was a little higher priced than I wanted to pay. But, I am so glad that I took the chance. I have chronically puffy eyes, especially under area of eyes due to my bad sinus problems. When I get up in the morning my eyes are always swollen but now all I have to do is go into my bathroom and rinse my face off, because as I've been told since my childhood you NEVER should go to sleep with your makeup on, especially your eye makeup, and put my Awake Max-Caff Eye Serum on and in just a few minutes I was good to go. That is, in relations to my eye puffiness and also any dark circles and small wrinkles. I'll be repurchasing this product soon because I don't want to wake up one morning with puffy eyes and find that I do not have any Awake to refresh my eyes.Thank you so much for making this product.

I've had what I'd call good results, but not great. I am happy with the reduction in puffiness in the morning. I haven't seen noticible improvement in dark circles after a month or so of use. This is better than other serums I have tried. I will continue to use, while keeping my eyes out for that elusive miracle eye gel.

Purchased this product to reduce my genetic :-( puffiness under my eyes. So far, this product hasn't done what I would of liked it to do. It did reduce it a little, but to me, not enough. Not that I was hoping for a miracle, but I thought it would do better than it did. I don't know if it does the job on dark circles for others but I don't have them.Hopefully others can benefit from it's results but not very happy with the product for me. Especially for the steep price and small bottle.

I bought this product because I have moderate under-eye puffiness. I do not have an issue with dark circles. The product reduces the puffiness very quickly. I apply it in the morning and at night before bed. The reason I only gave it 4 stars is because it does dry out my skin under my eye - so I had to order another cream for moisture. But if you want to look refreshed and have no puffiness use this and just mix with some eye moisturizing cream.

Since I've been using this product, I have noticed a slightdifference with my dark circles. The ingredients in thisproduct do not sting or burn under my eyes. I will continueto use this product.
