Amazing Service
I purchased the fountain to increase water intake of our cat with kidney problems and it really helped do so. Overall quality of the product was also quite good but for some reason the motor started making strange noises after two months. Even though the pump was working our cat got scared and stopped drinking water from the fountain.As soon as I wrote to the seller, they replied promptly and when I told about our cat's health issue and why the fountain was something of great importance for us to make him drink enough water they sent a replacement part with a courier on the same day at around 10pm. That was something I would never expect. As if that was not enough, they sent him a toy along with the spare part, making me even more overwhelmed.The fountain is now working perfect and our cat loves drinking from it. Highly recommend the product itself but more important than that the after service you get from the seller is well beyond your expectations.

Pump failed in less than 2 months (fixed)
Pump failed in less than 2 months . No way to contact seller or figure out a pump replacement.Managed to fix pump by blowing water through it. Yet still no word from the seller.

Very silent and great quality!

It’s a great water fountain but the filters are of poor design
The water fountain it self is well designed and very ergonomical/easy to clean and fill up, but the filters are very poorly designed and tend to clog easily forcing the water to bypass them. They are not worth buying to replace. Best to run the fountain without a filter and replace the water more often

I love product and their services
I bought this product after reading a lot of good reviews. But unfortunately the motor started making noise after 1 month of use. I wrote to the seller Mokey Paw. They responded to my message within 12 hours and visited and replaced the motor also within 24 hours.Really impressed by their services. The product is working very well and my Cat loves it.Much recommend.
