Malie Organics Beauty Oil, Pikake

I am having regrets. For 45.00 I guess I expected a more lux oil. It is just a few ingredients- some oils, fragrance and hydro-sols though the bottle doesn't say what the fragrance or hydro sols are. It feels a bit tacky and sticky, not a nice smooth hydrating oil. I think that is because its coconut oil mostly but also because of the fragrance added to it. Speaking of fragrance, it is really a lovely scent and I do really like it however it is far too strong to put on your face. It would be like taking a bath and body works lotion and putting it on your face. However, oddly, the fragrance must get absorbed by your skin immediately because it doesn't last long or linger. I thought at first, well I can at least keep this for the fragrance, even if it doesn't really moisturize ( coconut is a humectant so If you live in a dry place it will actually make you drier) but instead it doesn't last. I put it on and 10 minutes later the scent is gone. Frustrating product. I really wanted to love it but can't. Had they added some extra antioxidants or something more than just a few generic oils and put in a stabilizer for their scent then I could see this being a return purchase. Absolutely not worth 45.00.

This beauty oil is only the best oil I have ever came across and used! I also have plumeria scent too, and they are both just mesmerizing.I wish i was rich so I could buy one of each of the whole line! Maile does the finest job with these scents. I use the beauty oils on my face at night before i go to bed and my skin has never looked better, and you wont break out, infact ever since i have been using this oil ,I havent even gotten one blemish anywhere. even though they are a little pricey, the quality is there, its true when "they" say, "you get what you pay for", and this ladies is THE BEST! you wont be disappointed

I really like this product. Smells of fresh flowers, a pure and clean moderate smell. I may combine it with coconut oil to stretch it as a body oil. Its perfect.

I found this wonderful oil on a trip to Hawaii and was delighted that Amazon had it when I ran out. The scent is amazing! It’s like being back Hawaii. I keep some in my purse for a quick “perfume” touch up.

Discovered this product while vacationing in Hawaii. The Marriott hotels and resorts use their bath products and we got hooked. The beauty oil is great. I never have to use cuticle oil for my nails or hand creams. And the fragrance reminds me of Hawaii...;-)
