Loved it, it was really helpful. But lost my job and had to stop as it was just too expensive for the new budget. But, it’s so good. The flavor is delicious, yummy, and the health benefits, wow, can definitely feel it. Definitely recommend.

Taste is not great

I lift 3 to 4 times a week and this gives me a great pump. It seems to help with muscle fatigue as well. I take it an hour before lifting and get very nice pumps. I can lift as heavy on it as off. My wife and I call it "Transmission fluid" because of the taste, but I got used to it pretty fast. The benefits are worth the taste to me. I typically take it for a month and take a month off of it. I will continue to use it.
