Q: We have bought this guitar, and the strap is stuck inside and we can't get it out - how do we release it?

I looked at our toy and the straps do not go in and out (tried to tuck them in several times and could not) so you may have a defect.

I think its possible for a 5 year old boy to enjoy the toy. My 4 year old girl loves it and she is turning 5 soon. My brother who is 39 years old was also elated that the keys were the actual notes on a guitar. His only complaint or thought was he wished it could go from major to minor chords. How funny is that?!!

Q: There is a song called “in homage to the top dog/carlos santana” in the lyric book, but what original santana song is this based on? i can’t find it.

I'm sorry, I do not know, but the product itself only lasted us about 2 months- son loved it up till wiring went caputes 😕.
