I am very happy with this waist trimmer for a couple of reasons. The velcro straps give added tightness and support. The overall height or this belt is ideal and I like something that covers my core area. I love the back support of this belt which is an added feature. I have other back supports, but this is my favorite.

Cons: The title should of been Back Brace for Safer Working Out.The boning is way to large for it to be called Waist Trimmer.You can't bend in any direction with this type of boning. Movement in it is stiff. I will have to take the boning out to make it useful.Pros: The strap stretches around very well, the material is flexible, and not irritating on the skin.I wore it for 30 minutes to get a honest feel of it walking on a treadmill, doing sit ups, and pull ups.

This is by far the best waist trimmer I have owned. It is a big size which covers my entire midsection. Good sweat while wearing it.
