Great for the money and looks good
These are great for the money. They were easy to put together and if your office is "in the open", looks well with the decor. They do what they're supposed to, and I can't ask for me than that!

They're Paper But Strong
I have 3 tall IKEA Billy 15 7/8" wide bookshelves side-by-side in my office (with a 1x2 mounted to a stud just above them and the overbalance protectors screwed into that). Billy bookcases are the top selling bookcase in the US, and I went looking for magazine holders for my incredibly heavy collection of art and craft magazines that would fit in the cubbies and look good. I looked at plastic holders first, and found that they were expensive and not very pretty. I saw these and decided to take a chance on them even though they are made of paper.I'm glad that I did buy them. The paper is pressed cardboard with a foil art overlay, and the magazine holders fold into position with two moves that allows the bottom floor of the holder to fit down onto a small thick cardboard rail and pop into position. They hold approximately 11-12 copies of Inspirations, which is a really thick and heavy needlework art magazine. I've turned all of them so that the back foil of the magazine holder is visible on the shelves with the small tag that allows you to swap out a paper insert to list the contents of the holder. Each cubby of my 15 7/8" Billy bookcase is 14 1/4" wide, and the holders fit 3 per cubby and take up about 12 1/4" of space. There's 2" left over on a side, which I'm using to house books. I have 24 magazine holders (six 4-packs) in my bookcases now, and will likely get one more 4-pack to fill another cubby. The only reason that I didn't give these "5 stars" for sturdiness is that when you overfill them and then overcrowd them on a bookshelf, the holder can lose the straight angles and the bottom of the holder can pop out of its rail. The answer to that is not to overfill them and don't crowd the sides too much by trying to wedge every book next to them. All in all, I really like them. They are quite pretty and uniform on my office/studio shelves, and they're hiding a multitude of sins with those foil art backs. I'm hard on bookshelves and on things to hold magazines, so it's a find. I don't know about the acid fastness of these magazine holders. If you are storing really old magazines from before the 1980s, I'd suggest getting 3-ring zip binders and the plastic magazine keepers that slide into the center and snap into the 3-rings, or find something acid fast that allows you to completely cover them to keep dust off of old paper. But for recent vintage magazines and odds-and-ends, these are great. These magazine holders were not the least expensive solution, but the look of them in my office/studio is really pretty. If you are a fan of Tiffany windows, Art Nouveau, or Pre-Raphaelite paintings, you will really like them.

Good, but missing something...
Overall good purchase. What I wish I would have noticed is that these have no finger hole to pull them out. So if you have some faced with the tall side out, there's no way to get ahold of it and pull out. Every other magazine holder I've ever had came with a little finger hole to pull it out.

Love them!
They look really great in my office cube and they are pretty sturdy for the material. I don't have a lot to store in them but I really love the way they look and how easy it is to keep my reference documents organized.

Bottom falls out.
These come folded flat. They are easy to unfold and push the bottom in place. I love the look of these on my bookshelf. Once full of magazines though, the bottom falls out and so do the magazines. Will need to be reinforced with packing tape. Perhaps not being too full is the answer.

They are beautiful
Perfect for keeping family photo's and the kids homework organized without the shelves looking cluttered. Very pretty. Probably over-priced though.

Muy bonitos pero débiles en la parte de abajo
Estos revisteros son muy bonitos, pero hay que reforzar la parte de abajo, ya que se abre fácilmente y todo se puede caer si los mueves de lugar.

A bit overpriced but very nice
The files flip into place. Nice and sturdy and look great. When I say overpriced, it’s in comparison to what else is available.
