Tns Essential Serum Cream 28.4 g, Pack of 1

I’ve been using this product since 2008 roughly, my order history shows I’ve bought it 54 times since 2010, and there is nothing better. I’ve read the opinions and I have to wonder if the the people that don’t see any results have different skin types. Not everyone is the same, I find that this also works great for rash’s , sun burns and I recently had surgery so as an experiment I decided to only use it in half my troubled areas and I’ll be damned that Side is healing faster. Now the problem I have is that I noticed it was being offered my less and less companies on here. ( I always buy the cheapest offer on here) And now it’s just this one. And the price has doubled. This is the cost of what I originally paid from a dermatologist and like all things, I go to Amazon first and I was saving like 120.00 dollars . And like I said Amazon’s price is now the same is anywhere else! Who the hell pays retail?? So I am using less. And trying other projects. So SkinnMedia will probably loose me when I find the next best thing, my order history shows I’ve bought it 54 times since 2010, and I was buying from the Dermatologist for a couple of years before I became an online shopper. So give me a break or see me go! I’ve noticed this is happening with a few other items . Is this the end of online shopping? If this is the case I’m happy to go back to brick and Moyer shopping as I miss and enjoy the social aspect of going to the stores.

Normally when I am given a facial moisturizer or anti-aging cream for review, I have to try it out for quite a while to see if it lives up to its hype.In this case, I didn’t have to. Why? Because I used to use this a few years ago and it’s great. I used to visit a top doctor in Beverly Hills and I had gotten facials and fillers and some beauty products to try. Well, I didn’t care much for the fillers, but I did love the products, the main one being this - the SkinMedica TNS Essential Serum.This doctor told me that all the top doctors and aestheticians recommend this product and it’s the one that he and his staff all use. I don’t want to use his name here but you’ve probably heard of him and he does have an excellent reputation; he never gave me bad advice.So why did I stop? Only because it became too expensive. No stars off for that, because I think a product should be reviewed on how well it works. And it does work.I do have a recommendation about this - before you first use the product, tap it solidly on its base on the counter a few times - you want the two serums to come out evenly and at the same time when you use the pump.So I do recommend this. It is expensive and you are somewhat restricted in how much you use, since it dispenses the same amount with every pump; so you can’t stretch this out to make it last longer. Still, it really is great.

This is a very nice serum; however, when first used, thought I was allergic to some of the ingredients because eyes watered and face itched - so, I returned without any difficulty. Since then I learned that a new hair product was the culprit, so went to dermatologist to pick up the Skin Medica Essential Serum to try again. First, the product is the same, but cost twice as much; however, I purchased anyway since I had read all the reviews about ordering on-line as opposed to getting from an 'authorized' Skin Medica distributor. Secondly, it's fabulous! A little goes a long way and the results, although not obvious immediately, are nice. If you have deep wrinkles, don't expect a miracle overnight - just be persistent in using. My next order will be via Amazon ... $260 monthly on a retirement budget is a big pill to swallow!

I see many buyers reporting that they got old, bad product when buying from Amazon. FYI: There is always a printed number on the bottom of the bottle & if you call into Skin Medica 866-867-0110 & give them that number they can instantly tell when that batch is due to expire or how long ago it was sold. All I have bought on Amazon has checked out to be fresh and new, as promised.I've only been using this serum (in conjunction with the Dermal Repair Cream) for about 10 days, so we'll see how it goes and if it improves the skin. But I like how the serum absorbs quickly and a tiny bit goes a LONG way. One pump does the whole face for me. We'll see what the results are after I use up the whole bottle. FYI: The serum part comes out in a reddish/orange color, so if you see that color it is correct, and the cream side comes out in a creamy white color. You just mix the two together as you're putting it on your face.

I have used "good" products on my skin for a few years now: Obaji, Retin A, etc..I must say that this serum takes my skin to a whole new level. I saw some results immediately, but now, on my fourth bottle, my skin has never looked better.I am old (let's not go into details, lol) but usually taken for years younger, and I strive to keep it that way.What can you expect? Smoothing, evenness of tone, more luminosity, plumping of the skin, and just...younger.I have but one complaint, and it is the ONLY reason that I didn't rate this with 5+ stars. The container eventually only emits the light colored portion of the serum, and I find that maddening. I've attempted to "break" the top off, and managed to get a bit more of the reddish concentrate. At this price point (although Amazon sells for $100 less than my cosmetic doctor's office), I think Skin Medica should improve the dispensing system.My biggest complaint? I can't stop using this product...ever!
