disconnection issues
pros:1. very lightweight2. has 9 programmable buttons3. lightweight cable4. low dragcons:1. The mouse randomly disconnects as soon as any sudden movement is made, which is very bad during gaming as I make so many fast movements and the mouse keeps disconnecting ( I have contacted Redragon and got no reply from them)2. the software is horrible, it lags and has shallow customization options3. the RGB becomes very weak over time, the mouse stopped indicating dpi using RGB its so bad4. unlike other honeycomb mice like the glorious model o, you cant remove the shell to clean it without removing the screws, so if you don't want to mess with your mouse, your mouse is going to be dirty as hell5. bad after-purchase customer serviceI liked this mouse when I got it, and used it for about a year or so then all these issues started popping up, I have emailed Redragon about 6 times and they STILL did not reply to any of my emails.
