Really impressed
I started taking Beta Glucans to improve my immune system and then I realised that a lot of similar products are sold with Fucoidan, so I decided to buy a separate Fucoidan supplement to get the maximal benefits of sea algae. Then I read more about Fucoidan and I realised that it's very beneficial for the immune system and I decided to give it a go. I take it every morning on an empty stomach and so far I can notice that I feel better. It is still early days but I will definitely stick with this product as it seems that it's the best on the market.

Easy to swallow
They are easy to swallow tablets...but not sure if I've noticed any difference to be honest.

Check the expiry date before opening
I received the supplement on 2 October 2022 and the expiry date was December 2022.It should be at least 2-3 years not 2 months.Very disappointed.Unfortunately I cannot return it since I have opened it without realising the expiry date.
