Responsive seller. Works great.
My surface Pro seven arrived faster than expected, but the system hadn’t been completely wiped so I wasn’t able to reset it or login without a password that I didn’t have. The seller was very helpful with sending me a replacement that works flawlessly and again expedited the shipping.

Wonderful Caregiver Aide/Distraction
Great product. Well made, excellent clarity and priced right.Very unique in personal application/use. Device is being utilized with only 1 app : Game of "Solitaire." Wife has Dementia and is fixated with game. Doctors encourage her use and attraction to game as it stimulates her mind...and keeps her focused and distracted from ALL the other demons of the disease. Tremendous help for this exhausted caregiver.

No buyers remorse but...
I am a bit disappointed in the Surface Pro 7 due to its sluggish keyboard and touchscreen response. The case I tried and bluetooth keyboard, both third party but well rated, were epic failures. The processor seems easily bogged down so I got rid of some apps that seem to be culprits. That said, the screen clarity is great and since I prefer MS 365 I am sure the computer will be of good use.

This is not excellent
Well, I ordered excellent condition. There are scratches on the sides and on the plug in ports. The toggle for the touch screen keyboard stopped working within 30 minutes of set up. Now the battery will not charge.Just received this today.

Compact and easy to use
This surface is so far better and advanced than my last one surface pro 3 this is so fast and I couldn’t be happier worth every penny the only downside it doesn’t come with a key board I was able to use my old one from from old surface

DOA Tablet digitizer
Got this in July to replace an old sufrace. Just had the opportunity to try and set it up. There is a strip of 2cm across the length of the bottom that does not accept touch input. Its HW, not software so this surface is DoA
