Hair Skin and Nails Vitamins + Biotin DiamondHerbs

I have thinning hair due to major weight loss and not getting all the nutrients I need. It's great I lost weight, but I did not realize how much my hair and nails would be affected by this. With these supplements I noticed a difference within about a week. I did not change anything I was doing. My nails started to grow faster and more recently I have noticed my hair growing quicker and it's becoming fuller again. As far as burping anything I did a little with these. Nothing terrible though, thank goodness! I expect it with supplements but these were not bad at all. They are in capsules and are easy for me to swallow. They are the "normal" size capsule to me. This is my first time EVER trying any hair, skin and nail supplements! So far my hair is shinier and SO soft, nails are growing faster and are stronger along with using a nail hardener. I already have clear skin but my skin is oily in the T-zone, I'm just waiting a bit longer to see if it will take that away. I highly recommend this stuffI received this at a reduced price

I've been using this everyday, and I am happy to say that not only do I look better, but I also feel better. My relative put me on to biotin (specifically hair skin and nails supplements), and I was a bit skeptical at first. However after using this product I can confidently say that I will be buying more soon!

I got this for my wife as she has been asking me for a multivitamin to help with hair and nails, and she loves it. The skin is just a bonus for us but we'll take it. As long as she's happy I'm happy ;)

This stuff is great! My nails look healthier and aren't a pale yellow on the tips. They are more white now. I'll keep taking them to see if there is an improvement with my hair. Thanks!
