Made for Travelers Premium Natural Cotton Travel Laundry Bag - For Adults and Kids

I was starting my 1 month Asia tour and I needed to compartmentalize my carry-on and after some research, decided to buy this bag.1. Scent- The first thing I noticed when I opened the package is the scent. At first, I didn't immediately distinguish what the scent was, until I started using it, and then it clicked right away. It was the smell of moth balls (doh!). I use moth balls in my closet to keep the pesky critters away from eating my clothes. I did a smell test and it appears the scent of the moth balls are very similar to ones I use, maybe they use the same ones? I didn't mind the smell of moth balls. As a matter of fact, being away from home for such a long time, the smell felt very familiar whenever I opened the luggage, that I became attached to it. Unfortunately, after a wash, the scent does go away, so I recommend adding moth balls if you want to keep the same scent. I also loved that it kept the stench of my stinky clothes away from my fresh ones for one month!2. Quality & Size- The quality of the cotton felt very durable and I love how much pressure the drawstrings can withhold; it's sturdy. I typically use a lot of force (unintentionally!) with drawstring bags. The size was perfect. It holds a lot more than you think! It kept me going for 1 whole month. My plan for the first half of the trip was to start with a carryon and the latter half, I would get a checked in. It really did a great job compartmentalize everything and it worked for me in a small carryon hardshell luggage and a large checked in luggage. When I came back from my trip, I was exhausted, threw in everything in the wash with the cold setting, as I always do, to prevent shrinkage. And a wash later, it was in the same size and shape.Overall, I'd recommend this sturdy cotton laundry bag. I've travelled several times after my big Asia tour, both short and long trips and it always did a good job getting everything organized and kept the stench of the dirty clothes away. I'm usually very busy, so it has to be easy and convenient. You can't beat tossing everything in the laundry and you're done. I've also let some of my friends use it and they all loved it.

We needed a sturdy bag to hold our laundry during our trip and we're so glad we got this bag. Since we travel light, we wanted something that was lightweight and didn't take up too much space. We were also pleasantly surprised by how nice the cotton canvas feels and by the quality as well. Since we have a baby, we also use this bag to put all of our baby's toys when we go out. Great buy!

The quality and design of this laundry bag is great. The material is thick with a rugged feel. It's machine washable so it's easy to clean. The drawstrings keep the bag tightly closed and won't loosen on their own. The size is just right, not too big or small. One reviewer fancied the submarine design but I think it resembles an orca without its dorsal fin (it's actually an airplane). Although I wouldn't hesitate to buy it again, I think this bag will probably last me a lifetime.

Cute design! Bag seems to be a good size for a weekender or relatively shorter trip and pretty good quality. Good reusable alternative to plastic bags while traveling.

I thought this was going to be bigger for a laundry bag based on what I read. It's great if you are single, traveling alone. However, it's to small for a family of more than 2 people. I'd need to purchase several more for my family. (4 kids 2 adults plus 2 grandparents if they go away with us..)The quality of the bag though is great! It's a nice heavy duty cotton bag that seems as if it will hold up nicely. There was a strange odor when I first opened the plastic bag that it came in though. It took me washing it twice to get the odor out. Not sure if it's the decoration on the bag or where the bag was stored that gave it the odor. I'm happy I received it time for our trip to wash it in advance to remove the odor. I also thought it would be a good size for my son to take on weekend trips while he's away at college and going to visit friends!Note: I did receive this product for a discount so that I could provide an honest review. We have been through a few different laundry bags with our children and this one has been very good so far. We like that if feels more durable and quality that most other laundry bags. Often times the bags were thin cotton which seem to wear and tear rather quickly. The canvas feels very quality and not scratchy like some other traditional canvas products. Seems to also contain he smell a bit better than the other thinner laundry bags. My wife found it to be cute, which may not matter to me, but insists it is a plus for other mothers out there. Empty is easily folded up and stored taking very little room. We placed in flat against bottom of a suitcase worked out very well for us. It fit a few weeks of our sons clothing very easily and I was impressed that I could put quite a bit of tension of the draw strings. We have washed the bag a couple times now and it seems to hold up very well, I even put it through the dryer and it didn’t seem to shrink. My family and I love going on vacations. We always try todo laundry while we are there but sometimes that's just not possible!Enter. This. Bag.No more having to separate dirty clothes from clean ones in the same suitcase or trying to find a plastic bag we can have. This reusable bag is a time saver!!Positive: cute, holds a lot of clothes, fits easily into a suitcase, bright color, can be washed itself, my kids get a kick out of using it, drawstringNegative: nothing!
