Be forewarned that this is basically an arts and crafts project. The cake and cupcake toppers come with the cardboard shapes, sticks, and glue dots all separate (only the exact number needed. No extras in case you mess up. The banner comes as a stack of cards, not in any particular order, and a cheap spool of cheap ribbon that you get to string them onto yourself! I'm surprised the balloons were normal balloons! It was a pain.
